Community Service Committee
The Community Service Committee is dedicated to providing a targeted approach to helping the community from a homeland security and emergency preparedness approach. The main focus of the committee's efforts is through informational presentations of how the local citizens and community as a whole can become better prepared for common problems as well as in the event of a disaster. Presentations have been made in the Richmond, VA area as well as in other parts of the country in an effort to spread the message of preparedness. The committee also organizes other types of service activities within the community such as helping to feed, mentoring, and building homes for those in need.
